The qualities of the Emperor are traditionally those of leadership, aggressiveness, decisiveness and responsibility. He may have many advisers but the final say will be his. This card is about personal authority, and how you handle it. So today you may feel you need to take control of a situation and make a decision based on being rational and responsible. This card can also indicate promotion, or a move to a position with more responsibility and respect... perhaps this is work related, or it could be your position within a personal circumstance, such as needing to exercise your ability and leadership qualities. For example, you may find yourself saying; No, I do not need to eat that cream cake, I will eat a low-fat cracker instead, or maybe that's just taking things a bit too far!!!!!!!!!I am going to continue to exercise my leadership side by finishing my over-grown garden. I started the task yesterday, and am making good progress, and although it doesn't sound much, if you think about it, unless I took control and responsibility... it wouldn't get done, so in that respect I am being the Emperor in my life today.
