The positive aspects of this card are being trustworthy having integrity and conducting yourself with honesty.

However, by being so one can sometimes exhaust themselves and become rigid in their thinking and doing.  Learning to let go every once in a while will help you to relax, which you need to do in order to allow flexibility both within the mental and physical sense.

Today is a day about fair play; admit your mistakes and be rich in your praise if it's truly warranted.  

Treat others as you would like to be treated, and judge others by the same measure.
