Life can sometimes feel like a lottery, and the Wheel of Fortune is a card of fate, which like the lottery is something we cannot control.

Usually, this card indicates a turn for the better; the end result of past efforts and the destiny that will come from such actions should hopefully result in the conclusion and end to a current problem, or situation which you have been wanting, and waiting for.
