The Sun is one of the tarot's most positive cards and indicates happiness, joy, glory, success and achievement. 

If can indicate happy reunions, and joyful love affairs so if you're married or in a relationship, today is a good day for letting that special someone in your life know just how much they mean to you.

It's also a good indicator for energy, vitality and feeling stronger health-wise.  So if you suffer from a long term illness today will hopefully be one of your 'better' days : - D

The Sun generally shines favourably upon all situations so try and enjoy any good sunshine vibes that come your way today.

FOR ME PERSONALLY: At first I found this card a rather strange one as it is the funeral of one of our close family friends today, but then I realised although it is sad to say goodbye to someone it is also important to remember all the good times shared with that person and so the Sun is actually an appropriate card because today friends will gather and remember someone in a positive way.  So now I take comfort that the Sun is the card for 'our friend' today because he deserves it...
