Also known as the Pope; he represents conformity, and is seen as the observer of our moral, religious and social behaviour. 

Perhaps you feel you are being dictated to by the person's responsible for the rules made in society, and this is leading you to reconsider you ideals, or placement within society?  

Or, maybe you are considering doing something generally 'seen' as unconventional, and this is making you believe that other people will not understand such a choice?  

The Hierophant is here to guide our external conscience today, and thus help us to make the right decision in accordance to what is right and wrong for us as individuals.  And remember, sometimes a less orthodox method can be the right way for you even if it's not for someone else.
