The Tower indicate's a need to rip something down in order to rebuild it on firmer foundations, better and stronger than it ever was before.
Maybe the ending of a situation will be unexpected and a shock, or maybe it will almost be a welcome change albeit a fearful one... which ever way it will happen because it needs too. Afterwards you will realise that it was ultimately for the greater good.
