
Use your inner strength, be determined and learn to persevere... because Strength is primarily about the trial a journey.
So stay on the right path no matter how hard it is today, and try to limit any negative impulses such as anger, jealously or spite, as well as trying not to give into self-indulgence.
Also remember to nurture and encourage those around you whom you love, as this will help you keep strong, and them feel positive.
