The card is telling us to be like more the Emperor today, organised and self-disciplined, and by being so we will create stability. Sometimes this card can also represent a promotion, or perhaps a move to a new position, leading to more responsibility and respect.

However, if you're having problems dealing with authority at the moment, it could be that you feel you're actually being denied a certain responsibility, and thus this is making you feel the opposite and therefore frustrated maybe even rebellious.
